Terms and Conditions


1. Tickets 

Coro Summer Fest is a small event put on by family. It is held on private land with gardens, animals, an orchard and two households. Above all, we expect festival attendees to respect this space and each other.

Upon booking a ticket you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.

  • No admission without a valid ticket.
  • For the security, safety and comfort of all guests, the organisers reserve the right to refuse admission to guests who arrive intoxicated
  • All tickets are non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled before the scheduled start time.
  • In the event of cancellation of the festival before the scheduled start time, you will be eligible to apply for a refund of the face value of your tickets.
  • Tickets are in the form of an e-ticket and will be scanned upon entry; once a ticket has been scanned it cannot be used again.
  • Do not buy tickets from other third party sources as we cannot ensure these tickets are genuine. Invalid or duplicate tickets will not be allowed entry into Coro Summer Fest
  • All attendees except children under 13 are issued wristbands. Those without valid wristbands will be removed from the site.
  • Admission is at the ticket holder’s own risk. The Organisers will not be held liable for any loss, injuries or damages sustained at the event including damage, theft or losses to property and motor vehicles, if the cause is due to the negligence of the ticket holder or the unforeseeable actions of other patrons or third parties.
  • Unless otherwise agreed at our discretion, a ticket will not be exchanged or refunded if:   
    a)     after the festival has started, it is stopped for any reason and is not completed;  
    b)     on the day of the festival, the start time is delayed for any reason;  
    c)     the start time (but not the date) of the festival changes after the date the ticket was purchased;
    d)     the ticket is used for entry into the festival.    
    f)      you have been evicted for being intoxicated or antisocial behaviour.

2. Covid-19

  • There is no longer a requirement to follow Covid-19 protocols, hovever we ask you to be careful around others if you are unwell.

3. Overnight Camping

  • Only guests with pre booked camping passes are permitted to stay on site after the event finishes.
  • For the peace and enjoyment of fellow campers, no excessive noise, music or afterparties will be tolerated in the campsite after the event finishes at 12:30am
  • All campers must leave the event site by 1pm on Sunday 16th January.

4. Alcohol and Food

  • Coro Summer Fest is a low alcohol event. You are permitted to bring a small amount of alcohol to accompany a picnic.
  • We reserve the right to evict anyone who is intoxicated or acting in an antisocial manner.
  • Guests are permitted to bring their own food.
  • Beer must be in Aluminium Cans or re-useable plastic bottles.
  • In an effort to minimise environmental impact please use re-useable containers and take your rubbish away with you at the end.
  • Glass is to be kept away from the general audience area.  
  • Please use bins and recycling points provided.

5. General Terms

  • Coro Summer Fest is held on private family land, anyone found damaging buildings, gardens, or trees will be evicted from the event.
  • Anyone found harming or attempting to harm the native eels will be evicted.
  • Coro Summer Fest reserves the right to confiscate any potentially harmful items or substances at our discretion.
  • No commercial activity by any ticket holder will be allowed on the festival site without the organiser’s prior written consent.
  • The artist and performer line-up are subject to change at any time without notice.
  • Strictly no animals will be allowed on the site.
  • Anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated and anyone found acting in such a way will be immediately evicted without refund.
  • All attendees on-site must have a valid form of admittance, which must constitute one of the following forms: Attendee wristband, Musician and entourage pass, Coro Summer Fest crew pass.
  • We reserve the right to make alterations to the duration and venue of the festival in the event of unforeseen or other circumstances. including (but not limited to) Force Majeure, pandemic, safety and security concerns or decisions from authorised persons or other competent authority. In the event of such alteration neither will not be liable to the Ticket Holder or any other person for any costs, expenses or other losses resulting from such alteration.

6. Children under 13

  • Children under the age of 13 are able to attend the event free of charge.
  • Children are the responsibility of their appointed adult at all times whilst at the festival.
  • Well-behaved children/teenagers are most welcome at Coro Summer Fest, however, we will take action to return teenagers who are considered to be intoxicated, displaying antisocial behaviour or felt to be vulnerable, to their adults, who will be informed that failure to monitor the behaviour and activities of their teens will result in eviction from site, of both themselves and their teen.
  • Fires are strictly banned.

7. MEDIA POLICY 

  • Filming and Photography is allowed throughout the event for personal use, we ask that you do it respectfully.
  • No drones to be used on site without the express permission of the organisers.
  • Anyone using cameras are expected to be considerate of their fellow attendees and ask permission before taking any up close shots.
  • By entering the festival area you hereby irrevocably grant to Coro Sonic Lab and it's contractors the right to photograph your image and/or record your image and/or voice, and to own, license, assign and/or use the same (and/or any portion thereof) forever and throughout the world in any manner and/or medium known or hereafter invented. You will not receive any payment for such use and waive any right to bring any action in law or equity against Coro Sonic Lab, its parent and related companies, subsidiaries (whether or not wholly-owned), affiliates, divisions, and their past, present and future officers, agents, representatives, employees, successors and assigns for such use.

8. CAR PARKING 

  • Car parking on site is restricted to those that hold a camping pass or  pass valid crew accreditation.
  • Vehicles are parked entirely at the owners risk.
  • In an effort to minimise environmental impact and to reduce the amount of cars on site, please carpool if you can.
